Residence Garden Istra Plava Laguna - Umag

Residence Garden Istra Plava Laguna will undergo a complete renovation and improvement, both of the accommodation capacities and the common areas in the building. In the upcoming season, guests will be greeted by rooms and suites equipped with new furniture and decorated in a modern style and bright, pleasant colors. The rooms still remain family-friendly and focus on comfort and functionality, so that each guest can enjoy and relax even more on vacation.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that the Aqua Park is open from mid-June to mid-September.

Please note that from July 10, 2026 to July 19, 2026, the 36th edition of the ATP Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will take place at the Goran Ivanišević ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. During this period, higher levels of activity and increased visitor traffic are expected within and around the Stella Maris resort. As a result, guests guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.

Please note that free ice cream, refreshments and snacks are available for kids aged 4–11,99 as a limited offer during the day from mid-May until mid-September. This offer is also available for kids between 12 and 13,99 years old - with additional payment.

Entry to the fitness center, spa zone, saunas, and whirlpool is permitted for persons over 16 years of age.

Please note that ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 29th – 31st a big event is going on, Sea Star Festival powered by Exit. During those periods we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consenquently less peace and harmony than usual.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
